Mr. Bosire is a widely experienced healthcare executive with over ten years of demonstrated experience in leadership roles in the areas of process improvement, operations management as well as data and analytics. He is an accomplished change-agent, with a successful track-record of leveraging on innovative and disruptive techniques to enable problem solving and facilitate strategic decision making.
Over the years, he has spearheaded several transformational projects, including the successful relocation of patients to a new replacement hospital, the restructuring of physician practice operations, the design of a state-of-the-art healthcare contact-center and the redesign of the analytics organization charged with expanding the availability and usability, of analytical information in both operational and strategic decision making.
Currently, Mr. Bosire serves as the Vice President of Patient Access; and also, as the Chief Data and Information Officer for Cooper University Health Care, a Level 1 Academic Medical Center in Southern NJ. In this dual role, Mr. Bosire is responsible for improving Patient Access operations and technologies with the goal of enhancing patients’ ability to obtain care at the 100+ access-points across the enterprise. He is also responsible for enhancing the organization’s analytical capabilities by maximizing the value derived from its data assets.
Mr. Bosire holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Binghamton University. Throughout his career, he has worked to improve the quality, cost, and timeliness of service delivery across the continuum of care. He has also been active in professional research, with publications and presentations featured in various Journals (Journal of Patient Experience, Journal of Engineering Development and Research, the Annals of Information Systems) and Conferences (the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, the Society for Health Systems, and the Winter Simulation conference). He is also a member of professional affiliations including the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME).
